Project Description

The Issue: Over 100 desktops from different manufacturers running a variety of operating systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 that needed anti-virus / patch management. When the IT group lost an support person, the question was, "How do we support all of these with fewer resources?" The answer was the implementation of System Center with SharePoint subscriptions used for alerts and customer reporting to track compliance.
